Juan is an entrepreneur who set up his stall in 2014 specializing in mini hamburgers, wich are so hard to find in Palma. Every day you can choose between 12 different types ranging from veal to other less traditional recipes like lamb and rabbit, wich is not easy to find in a burger, and some innovative flavours such as veal with caramelized apples, turkey with caramelized onion or veal with goat’s cheese, truffle, foie, parmesan, iberic jam...

He also sells vegetarian burgers while others are made from meat with vegetables such as spinach or mushrooms. And lastly, to accompany all of them, he sells made-to-measure coloured bread which will turn any meal into a celebration…
