Description

Specializing in poultry products – currently in high demand owing to their freshness and nutritional value – here you can find typical Mallorcan produce such as whole fresh chickens or cuts including wings, breast and thighs, free-range chicken, turkey, quail, capon, poularde and partridge. They also sell other types of meat so their clients do not have to go elsewhere to buy.

Worth mentioning are their homemade croquettes: chicken, carrot, spinach, cod, cauliflower or ham as well as stuffed chicken or turkey, ideal for events, or deboned chicken thighs and other special cuts. Authentic skewered diced chicken or lamb.

Juan is an entrepreneur who set up his stall in 2014 specializing in mini hamburgers, wich are so hard to find in Palma. Every day you can choose between 12 different types ranging from veal to other less traditional recipes like lamb and rabbit, wich is not easy to find in a burger, and some innovative flavours such as veal with caramelized apples, turkey with caramelized onion or veal with goat’s cheese, truffle, foie, parmesan, iberic jam…

He also sells vegetarian burgers while others are made from meat with vegetables such as spinach or mushrooms.

How Fleurs Was Born

Fleurs Santa Catalina was born in 2019 in the heart of Mallorca — the shared dream of Geraldine and Christel. More than a flower shop, they envisioned a space where every bouquet could tell a story filled with emotion, care, and authenticity.

Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the project kept blooming through passion, creativity, and strong customer connections. Over time, the team grew with María Anna and Daniela, bringing talent, innovation, and a fresh vision.

Today, Fleurs is a floral reference in Mallorca. Our star clients are yachts, but we’re passionate about all kinds of floral work — weddings, events, decoration, bespoke bouquets… Every flower tells a story, and every customer becomes part of our family.

Fifth generation pastry chefs and bakers since 1920, after ten years in Normandy and six years in the Paris region, Yohann and Natacha Gressent now embark on a new challenge with their own brand: Ca’n de Paris, a new concept of French bakery and pastry shop, here in Mallorca.

To delight their customers’ palates, these young and dynamic chefs, full of innovative ideas, use high-quality raw materials, both local and French, such as organic butter and flour, and “Parisse” flour from the Rioux Mills in southern Normandy, Mayenne region. They also benefit from the valuable support of Gaetan Paris, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Bakery (MOF Boulangerie).

This stand was set up by our colleague Laura, with great enthusiasm and desire to introduce new products among our stands.

It has specialized in all kinds of nuts, highlighting local products such as almonds, dried figs, dried apricots made on the island; and others from all over the world such as: peanuts, pistachios, cashews, chestnuts …

In addition, it has an interesting selection of teas and infusions, which it sells in bulk with the best quality and maximum freshness, which will not leave you indifferent. If you are an expert or if you are just starting out in this world, you will appreciate the high quality of her products.

And although it is true that it is a food to consume in moderation, they have organic sweets without additives or added sugars.
