Fifth generation pastry chefs and bakers since 1920, after ten years in Normandy and six years in the Paris region, Yohann and Natacha Gressent now embark on a new challenge with their own brand: Ca’n de Paris, a new concept of French bakery and pastry shop, here in Mallorca.

To delight their customers’ palates, these young and dynamic chefs, full of innovative ideas, use high-quality raw materials, both local and French, such as organic butter and flour, and “Parisse” flour from the Rioux Mills in southern Normandy, Mayenne region. They also benefit from the valuable support of Gaetan Paris, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Bakery (MOF Boulangerie).

Description

You always need bread in a market, and in this traditional bakery you will find a selection of homemade artisan bread prepared in their ovens, including rustic loaves, baguettes, unsalted brown bread or magranetes.

They also sell typical Mallorcan pastries: worth mentioning are their savoury pasties (panades), cocarrois and vegetable cocas as well as their sweet cremadillos and ensaimadas.
