Crespí Spices was founded in 1945 when the owners started going to the different villages on the island selling paprika and spices to make sobrasada, the traditional cured pig meat from Mallorca.
They control the complete cycle, planting their own seeds, rotating the plantations four times a year together with a drying and milling facility. This process is supervised by agricultural engineers and production is 100% ecological, using Mallorcan almond shells as combustion for the drying ovens.
They sell spices and condiments, dried fruit, aromatic herbs and mushrooms, medicinal herbs, seasoning for meat dishes, special combinations like “flavours from around the world” , teas and herbal teas.
