This stall moved premises in 2014 so as to have more space to display their selected products which include a wide range of Iberian hams, sobrasada made from Mallorcan black pig and many products from the Bierzo region of mainland Spain like shoulder of pork, cecina (dried beef) and chorizo.
They specialize in what has become a Spanish culinary favourite - Iberian ham which comes from acorn-fed pigs left to graze freely on pastureland. You will find brands such as Cinco Jotas, Joselito and ham from Salamanca with DO Guijuelo. Specialists in cutting ham, don't miss its delicious Iberian.
